Our Story

A Life of Balance

Founded in Nashville in 2020, we believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement. These feelings inform and guide our core teachings and practices at Finding Balance Yoga 327, as we focus on helping clients better connect to themselves and their surroundings. We offer a variety of services, classes, workshops, and more to help all of our clients achieve healthier bodies and minds.

Find Some Balance With Us

Allow us to be your guide, teaching you the techniques needed to create and maintain a steady personal practice. These classes are so much more than simply learning exercises, they are about creating a healthier lifestyle. Discover the tools and develop the habits you’ll need to help improve your daily patterns and ultimately, your life.

Power Shred

Tuesday 5:30am

This challenging, 45 minutes, dynamic class focuses on building whole-body strength and stability in tandem with a carefully sequenced flow.  You'll use props and body weight to create a stronger, steadier  foundation for your practice, then move through a progressive series of poses before savasana.  Expect to build heath, have fun, and feel invigorated when you leave.  The room will be warmed.

Flow & Unwind

Tuesday 6:45pm

This class combines the energy of a flow class with the gentle opening of longer-held, deeply stretching yin yoga postures. We will warm up and loosen the body with a fun and invigorating vinyasa practice before settling into a deeper, restorative sequence targeting the connective tissues. This class is suitable for all levels, with modifications and advanced variations offered throughout the class.

Power Vinyasa

Thursday  6:45pm

An invigorating flow taught in a heated environment (up to 95 degrees). Through consciously linking the movement of the body to the breath, these classes are a dynamic, flowing practice which leads you through a balanced series of postures to strengthen and build flexibility, promoting physical stamina and a sense of deep inner calm.

Core & More

Saturday 8:00am

Each class will use heat-building postures to build core strength, increase focus, and improve balance. Focus on intention setting, pranayama, and flowing movements linked to breath in a room that will be warmed between 80-85 degrees this will lead you through refreshing your mind and body.

Guided Restore & Renew

Sunday 5:00pm

A meditative, healing practice using passive, long-held floor poses, and essential oils.  This practice bypasses the muscles and allows you to nourish and strengthen the deeper tissues.  Connective tissues, fascia, joints, ligaments, and bones receive gentle, low load stress with the added use of props.  The poses are held between 2-5 minutes and the muscles stay passive in order to pass the  stress on to the deeper tissues.  Each pose is an opportunity to go inward and find an appropriate balance of effort and ease.   It is a wonderful complement to an active (Yang) practice and a much-needed tool for anyone who needs to unwind a tight body, mind, or heart.  This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners.
